Explore the companies leading the way—and those with the most work to do.
How We Calculate CX Rankings
CX Rankings are based on real candidate experiences submitted through reviews on our platform. Each review is converted into a standardized CX Score from 0–100 using four key areas of the hiring experience.
40%
Candidate Experience
Measures the overall quality of the hiring experience based on:
- • Communication
- • Transparency
- • Respect
- • Interview Quality
These ratings are averaged and converted into a 0–100 score.
20%
Hiring Process
Measures how efficient and candidate-friendly the hiring process was, including:
- • Hiring timeline
- • Number of interview rounds
- • Process complexity
Long or excessive interview processes may reduce a company's score.
15%
Hiring Outcome
Measures how the process ultimately concluded for the candidate, including:
- • Hired / Offer Accepted
- • Offer Declined
- • Withdrew
- • Rejected
- • Ghosted
This helps reflect whether companies follow through professionally and respectfully.
25%
Red Flag Penalties
Certain negative experiences may reduce a review's CX Score, including:
- • Ghosting after interviews
- • Bait-and-switch job descriptions
- • Illegal interview questions
- • Bias or discrimination concerns
- • Excessive unpaid work requests
- • Lack of feedback after advanced interview stages
Penalty limits are applied to prevent a single review from disproportionately impacting a company's overall ranking.
Company CX Scores
A company's CX Ranking is calculated by averaging all submitted review scores. Companies with limited review data may display lower confidence levels until more candidate experiences are submitted.
Our Goal
Our mission is to increase transparency and accountability in hiring by helping candidates better understand what they can expect during the interview process.
CX Rankings are designed to reflect candidate experience — not just hiring outcomes.
